Every month after, Dr. K's team pulls your financial analytics and the details from your practice management software together to build a custom analytics report that shows you exactly why you keep feeling like the revenue isn't growing . . .even when you know it is. 

Twice a month, you're on a call with people who have been in the frustration of running a practice – and gotten themselves out. One is about your numbers: the data that helps you understand where your stress comes from, why your team members aren’t doing what you ask them to do, and how to create the systems that support you taking time off. The other is about leadership: how to communicate in a way that builds accountability, how to build a team that doesn't need you to be the answer to everything, and allows you to leave the office and not take everything home with you.

At the same time, your team leader, whoever you choose to bring in, is in their own development program, learning the same framework, the same language, the same numbers literacy you are. So when you come back to the practice with a new priority, they already speak the language. You're not the only one carrying the vision anymore.

By month four, you know your practice in a way you never have before.

What You'll Know By Month Four

The first four months of Foundations are your onboarding phase, and they have a clear destination. By the end of month four, you will:

  • Understand your numbers beyond the surface-level. Know your KPIs and what to actually do with them. Which means when your overhead hits 72%, you know it before it becomes a cash flow problem and you know exactly which line item to fix.
  • Know where your money is going, and feel in control of it instead of afraid of it. Which means you'll know if your collection rate is sitting at 94% instead of 98% and what that 4% gap is actually costing you every single month.
  • Know exactly which systems gaps in your practice are the highest leverage, and which ones can wait. Which means instead of overhauling six things at once, you fix the one that moves your production number and you can name it.
  • Catch yourself making a fear-based decision before you make it, and choose from abundance instead. Which means when an associate opportunity lands in your lap, you can look at your actual numbers and say yes or no . . . not just hope you can afford it.
  • See clearly the gap between the culture you have and the culture you want, with a real starting point to close it. Which means your morning huddle stops being a formality and starts being the 10 minutes that sets the tone for a $10k day.
  • Have a trained leader inside your practice who is aligned with you, not guessing at what you need. Which means when you lose a team member, your office manager already knows how to hire to the culture and your production doesn't crater while you're cleaning up the fallout.
