LADDER5 MENTORSHIP & RESOURCES CLIENT AGREEMENT 

This Agreement is entered into between Ladder5 Mentorship & Resources (“Provider”) and the undersigned client (“Client”) as of the date signed below. 

1. Purpose of Agreement 

The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms for participation in Ladder5 Mentorship & Resources programs, including all mentorship, coaching, and resource offerings. 

2. Term & Payment 

• This is a one-time purchase with no long-term commitment.
•  Refund Policy: 

○ If the Client cancels after payment but before using any services for that month (e.g., attending calls, receiving materials, or accessing the resource portal), the payment will be refunded in full. 

○ If any portion of the month’s services are used, the monthly fee is non-refundable. 

○ “Services” include calls, mentoring sessions, use of the document vault, webinars, or access to any paid materials. 

• Either party may end this Agreement at any time by providing written notice. Cancellations are effective immediately but do not affect the current month’s payment unless no services have been used. 

3. Disclaimer of Guarantees & Responsibility 

•  No Guarantees of Results: The Provider does not guarantee any specific business, financial, or personal results. 
•  Client Responsibility: The Client acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes. 
• The Provider may offer recommendations, tools, and strategies, but it is the Client’s responsibility to perform due diligence, seek independent advice where needed, and determine the appropriateness of any actions. 
• The Provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Client’s use of the services or resources provided. 

4. Use of Services 

• “Services” include group calls, one-on-one calls, resources, webinars, and access to materials provided by Ladder5 Mentorship & Resources. 
• Access to services is valid only during active months of payment. 
• Unused services in a given month do not roll over to future months. 

5. Entire Agreement 

This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements, written or oral, relating to the subject matter.

By checking the acknowledgment box at purchase, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
